Gutters Replacement & Repair
Residential and Commercial
At Shield Roofing, we do more than just roofs. We provide exterior construction services to our residential and commercial customers including gutters, siding, and skylights. We view roofs, gutters, siding, and skylights as one whole system to protect your home or commercial building from harmful outdoor elements. We believe that our experience, skills, and knowledge in all these areas complement one another and make us the best choice in our region of Northern Virginia.
Gutters play an integral – and often overlooked – role in protecting and shielding your home or building. We provide gutter repair and gutter replacement services to both our commercial and residential customers.
Many homeowners and business owners today choose seamless gutters because they are stronger and more reliable than sectional gutters. That’s because it is one seamless gutter piece rather than sectionals joined together. Most leaks occur at the gutter joints.
Seamless gutters are available in a wide variety of colors, making it easy to match them to existing trim or roof color. Plus, they require less maintenance and have a long life expectancy. They are typically cut on-site and require a professional installer.
At Shield Roofing, our team is highly skilled and trained in seamless gutter installation. We will install your new gutters with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer excellence. We offer 5-inch, 6-inch, and 7-inch seamless rain gutter systems in many different colors and materials. Our gutter types include K-style and half round gutters. Our expert team will help guide you to the best choice for your home or commercial building.
Sometimes gutters just need a repair or two to be fully functional again. We don’t believe in replacing gutters unless it’s necessary. The most common gutter issues, besides getting clogged, are sagging and leaking. Sagging or leaking gutters need to be repaired, and quickly, to prevent water damage to your roof or foundation. If your gutters are sagging so badly that they’re detaching from each other and/or your home, they may need to be replaced.
